Ridiculous Service from Staff at Quorn &SO

Friends got winning letters from Monde Nissin.  Ridiculous staff, for some cheap prizes, he is making other people lives miserable.  I do not see any sincerity and considerate in him.  

If cannot afford delivery than its best not to organize any giveaways.  People are not some kind beggars.  So desperate to eat that they have to purposely travel so far, wasting leave and transport to collect some not fantastic items.  Unless people work or stay nearby, or super desperate type.  

I also feel he is the ignorant type, he doesn't care if people collect or not, so he purposely do not state the most important T/Cs.  He also could be hoping that people won't collect it.  Good lah, when people do not collect, he can bring home to eat or sell them.

Frankly speaking, these items are unable to cover people's leave from work, transport like petrol and parking.  Also wasting time to travel to and fro. 

Also, when you replied to their email, they have no courtesy to respond back at all.  

He even failed to state the full T/Cs in the contest posts that the giveaways are strictly for self collection only. 

If you want people to self collect, than you should type out clearly in the contest posts that the prizes are strictly for self collection only at

So people can decide if it is worth to spend the time, leave and transport money to go collect. Instead he only states T/Cs apply in the contest posts. Totally unacceptable. Cannot even handle a simple giveaway.

Luckily not all people are inconsiderate and evil like them.  Yaya papaya. 

Staff has very bad attitude, definitely will not support any of their brands.

Cat House

 Beautiful Cat House spotted at Hoy Fatt Road.  After a short time, went to visit the cat.  But sadly the house was no longer there and the cat also gone.  Wonder if some evil people are hating the cats so much that they want to destroy them. 

I noticed the cats at the surrounding blocks are disappearing one by one.  The cats have been there for a very long time, they never go elsewhere.  So I find it very fishy, I hope the cat feeders and cat lovers can make your voices heard if you know there is animal abuse or these cats are adopted.  Regardless of good or bad news, please announce in social media.

Another Brainless Parent




How amazing that this father didn't come inside Daiso to shop, but to bring his children inside to race.  


On 7 Apr 2023 at 5.38pm.  A father came into Daiso Kallang Wave Mall with 2 kids, a girl and a boy.  Not for shopping but to misuse the shop as their racing track. Upon entering, he took 2 shopping baskets, one each for his kids to use as so called tool to race.  The way they behaved, I am sure this is repeated actions.  


The 2 kids position themselves like a dog.  4 limbs on the floor.  2 hands inside the basket, 2 legs on the floor.  Run as fast as they can with their 2 legs so their hands inside the basket will make it slide to the front, completing with each other in the narrow space and the boy hit the basket hard on an auntie leg making him fell to the floor.  The father was more concerned about his boy falling to the floor than he hit hard on other people legs.  


What is the Daiso staff doing, didn't do anything to stop them.  The staff on duty got to be terminated with immediate effect.  And this family of 3 has to be banned from entering Daiso.  

 

The ugly boy cried out loud, did wrong still dare to cry.   The crying one should be the auntie.  Hit auntie and never apologize.  没有家教.  Total disgusted.  


None  has issues if you want to train your dogs to race, but please do it somewhere else.  Daiso is not your racing track.

Today I am going to talk about Facebook giveaways.  


From these giveaways, you will meet people of all sorts.  Some people are very kind and some are evil monsters doing giveaways to make your life a living hell. 


For example, my bestie has been down with fever since 30 Nov and got better on 3 Dec. So went online on Facebook, still feeling unwell and saw that won a digital lock worth $949, and immediately wrote in a private message to claim it at 2.52pm.  Messenger indicated that the message was seen but not only that they didn't reply,  at 4.23pm they deleted the winner announcement  post and reposted a new post to announce  a new winner.     


I find that some people are just too ridiculous, very difficult to deal with, no different from uncivilized barbarian.  Many are very ignorant, thinking that when they give you something means they are God and they look down on you, purposely caused nuisance to the winners. They set many ridiculous conditions, very inflexible and really can make other people's life miserable.


In general, 


1. Some staff simply has no manners to reply to the private messages. 


2. Even when you private message later than 24 hours, and the new winner is not chosen, they will forfeit your prize. 


3. Since they have not chosen a new winner, they can give it to the original winner, but they ignored the winner's private message.  Very evil.


4. When they spin for a new winner, they didn't include the original winner's name and I think this is very unfair. They destroy the participant chance to win.  Who knows the original winner's name may win again.


5. They are not sincere in giving out the prize.  If they are, they will send a private message to the winners to congratulate them.  Very unreasonable, unprofessional kind of attitude.  Don't have the basic manners and courtesy to do a simple thing of sending a reminder to inform.   


My parents has taught me to be kind to others and have manners to reply and make peace with everyone.  Guess people are brought up differently.  If I were them, I will give the prize to the original winner and not purposely ignored the original winner message and chose a new winner.  Obviously people that behave like this have very lousy personality. 


I do not feel it's worth to support ridiculous companies.  There are many competitors around with better quality and cheaper in pricing.  Do support those that are worth supporting. This type is definitely a no no.  


Many people are just too evil, but luckily there are still good people around.  I pray everyday for all the evil people out there to receive their karma, misfortunate and retribution, life after life. Best to burn in hell. 


I guess many winners met with bad people too, is only that they choose to keep quiet.  But I feel everyone should share their good and bad experiences.  Can help others to know the truth.

Esso Gift Voucher $50

We have won a number of times in different government services contests and all were to collect at this exact same agency, some are super cheap items, but need to waste time traveling to this agency to collect, most of the items cannot even cover the costs of petrol, parking and leave from work. So we do not enter those cheap prizes anymore, especially from NEA, Clean & Green Singapore.  So far, the few different staff who we collected the prizes from were ignorant, struck up, like see you no up.

But I think the government services has changed the social media agencies, cos after Covid19, the prizes are mailed over to winners homes. This one at Pico Creative Centre is never doing mailing since day 1 we won the contests.

I hope Esso Singapore will do the same and employ the more considerate ones.  How can the staff be so forceful about giving 3 days collection time which is to their convenient only.  If the staff are everyday not inside office, than they are not suitable to handle contests.  They should match our timings, and not us matching their timings.  Customers always come first.

Not sure why the staff there are so stingy with the stamp fee. Nowadays stamp fee also not so expensive. Only 30 cents for normal mail and $2.55 for registered mail and $2.20 for Smartpac with Tracking Number.  Can afford to give $50 voucher, but cannot afford stamp fee. Lol!

What kind of monsters only give 3 days collection, their opening hours is so late at 10.30am and lunch hour is super long 2.5 hours.

Prizes should be prepared already, even before they host the contests, how can need 3 days to prepare, ridiculous to the max.


I actually think they are not sincere at all in giving out the prizes, the staff may be purposely doing this, as if the winners do not collect within their stated 3 dates, so they can either sell the vouchers or bring the vouchers home for their own use.   You never know, nowadays evil monsters are all over, just like the scammers. Otherwise how can collection be 3 days only, think we are like them, everyday shake legs no need to work.  Ridiculous.

The agency staff are not professional enough, they should have stated the full T/Cs in the contests posts, like the prizes are for self collection or courier to home, also they should state the office address, dates, timing for collection.  So people can decide whether to enter the contests or not.  Not only them, but all the Facebook contests handled by other agencies and companies should state clearly the collection details in full.  This is fair to everyone.  People can have the choice to decide if they want to travel to a far away location during their workdays to collect.  Rather than the winners do not collect than the companies own staff will bring the prizes home for themselves. 


Its sad that these people existed, they are all out to make other people's life miserable.


Infact, collecting at Esso HarbourFront will be more convenient, instead of having to travel so far to Kallang.   

Everywhere is using EVoucher, but Esso still using Paper Voucher, very back dated.  They should start giving away EVouchers too, which is super convenient to do contests.  No need to force and waste winners time to collect.  Setting the harsh rules of 3 days and short hours collection deadline.  The way they wrote the massage is very threatening.  3 days collection only with no extension to the redemption period.  Talk like hooligan, uncivilized barbarians. These people are just evil and must be terminated with immediate effect. 

They should improve their service.  Give willingly and sincerely with respect.  Stop the torturing.

If companies want to employ social media agencies to help handle the contests, than I rather they engaged the agencies that are located in Shenton Way or Chinatown area or Redemption Centres in town area that opens on weekends.  

I don't understand why want to waste money to employ social media agencies, I rather they save up the money to provide courier or posting service to the winners home.  I am sure social media agencies are not cheap to employ, but they can afford, and cannot afford the much cheaper posting fee.  

Won from Caltex before, and they issued EVoucher.  Physical prizes collection is at their petrol station in Holland.  Caltex service is better, their station staff  are courteous, friendly and helpful, never rude, so far is satisfying experience.

Some people are just too inconsiderate, unreasonable and selfish. They think giving you something means they are heaven sent and we are beggars that worth treated like 2nd class citizens. 

Sometimes I wonder if people are pervert or brainless? Some agencies are more worse, they want you to travel to a super far inconvenient location to collect cheap or heavy items.  If cannot provide delivery, its best to donate or keep the items for themselves.  Do not treat us like beggars.  Some products are cheap, bulky, heavy or short expiring dates, not even worth to collect.

But luckily there are still kind hearted people around, they deliver the prizes to home to make it convenient for both themselves and the winners.  

Thanks to all the good people who handle the contests, and the bad people will receive their karma, a very bad one. May the curse be with them forever.

Got Cheated Again at McDonalds People's Park Complex

Ordered a cup of Mcfurry at $3.30, but was given a 1/4 full cup.  Look inside, its half side filled to middle of the cup, the other side half is totally empty.

Is this the way the crew works.  $3.30 for a cup is super expensive.  And I got a 1/4 cup with a tiny bit of Oreo.   This pathetic bit of ice cream is even smaller than the amount on the cone.  I really felt the heart pain of my money being cheated. 

This is happening over and over again.  The crew just simply press a little bit of ice cream and that's it. 

Super angry about it.

My cousin ordered 1 x collagen mask and they cancelled the order, giving the reason, Sorry one pc cannot sell, even stamp fees also not enough.

In the case,  jsgood888 should have stated the minimum order quantity.  And also why jsgood888 is selling 1 piece to other customers as seen in the Shopee customers review section?  jsgood888 is so double standard.

My cousin is really regretting for ordering this mask, must as well order 56 cents mask from China Sellers.

Pls do not support ridiculous unprofessional sellers like jsgood888, they are not worthy.  Its a waste of your money.

This type of seller should be banned from Shopee.

So where is the 42 cents voucher with minimum spend 56 cents?
Shopee always says auto refund as per buyer type of payment but there is no voucher refunded.

Was not informed that must photo, 

Staff was not a friendly person. 

Was forced to take photo.  Must take photo, if not cannot get the prize. 

Her tone of voice is very threatening. 

They should have informed about photo taking, so winners can be prepared

Given an unacceptable product.  The box is old, full of dust , dented, side is torn apart.  To me, this is an old stock.  Probably an old, used or returned  product.  Unwanted product that cannot be sold, that's why giving it out for free.  

Asked to give a new box, but was forced to accept this set.  They can simply go to their store to get a new set but they refused.  Reason is obvious, to get rid of unwanted product that cannot be sold.

Or am I just the unlucky one who was forced to accept this spoiled set.  If others got new sets, than it would be so unfair to me.  This is just so double standard.

Asked the customer service, how much is courier, she said $10.  But winners need to self collect cos they want to take photos of the winners.  So inconsiderate.  You think Changi is so easy to excess?  If you are located in town area, that would be so much easier to reach.  I believe this is cheap rental for big place like this.

I checked in Qoo10, Qxpress is $1.99. They are so stingy about the $1.99, forcing so many winners to travel so far in the rainy season all the way there, endangering our lives, not only on the road but also the danger of getting the virus.  If you cannot afford the $1.99, winners can pay for it.  Pathetic. 

The office is so far away, the only way to travel there is by your own vehicle or taxi.  Far from Mrt and no public bus. 

They do have a service centre which is opened on Saturday, but they refused to allow winners to collect from there.  The reason given was they need to verify.  I don't see them verifying anything, they just asked  to sign on a form and take photo.  I think the real and only reason is they want to take photo.  

Forcing so many winners to travel so far to their office in the virus situation.  Wow, you can see how 'considerate'  and  'kind' this people can be.

I pray everyday for their retribution and karma.


What kind of company do giveaways to get rid of their old wanted stock. Evil. Dishonest. 


Europace is simply so unprofessional, ridiculous, pls do not support their products.  I really regretted of buying their products, I will never ever buy this brand anymore and I will be sure to spread this news to everyone that I know. 


Ridiculous, evil,  pervert scammers are all over.  They cheat you to travel so far wasting everyone's leave, time, transport fee and forcing you to accept an ridiculous old stock.  


Will you be happy to be treated so awfully with no respect.  Winners are not some kind of stupid idiots, beggars, low class citizens or criminals to let the barbarians to mistreat so horrifically.

Got money to do giveaway, but no money to do delivery.  What a joke!  Hahaha.
